Yesterday I professed my love for Tennessee strawberries with my frozen strawberry yogurt. Today I’m professing my love for sweet Georgia peaches. Oh my goodness is there anything quite as sweet as a Georgia peach? Okay, that was cheesy, but for real I could eat pounds of them. Since I live in Nashville it would be a little hard to drive to Georgia to get my peach fix, but thank God for the Peach Truck. They drive to Georgia and get fresh peaches and sell them at farmers markets all over Nashville and did I mention that they ship Nationwide?? Check them out! They also have the cutest logo. (that’s the graphic designer in me coming out)  IMG_4367 Peaches are one of those foods I like pretty much anyway they are fixed, but this recipe adds just enough to make it different, but not too much to take away from the peaches. IMG_4715 This recipe has just enough added sweetness with local honey (ya’ll know how much I love local honey)  that you don’t have to add sugar. I’ve seen so many baked peach recipes that add cups of sugar and that’s craziness to me. Peaches are so naturally sweet and they have 0 grams of fat! Peaches for the win! IMG_4737 If you make one peach recipe this summer this would be my recommendation. I promise you’ll love it! IMG_4744 I hope ya’ll enjoy them as much as I do! Just started packing for our beach trip and getting even more excited. Only two more days!

Hi! I love peaches, and Peach Truck sounds awesome!! Your baked cinnamon peaches seem simple yet look delicious!! I like the idea of serving it with Greek yogurt instead of whipped cream, too. Enjoy your beach trip!

I love peaches too!! They are one of my favorite fruits, and the peach truck is SO awesome! You definitely have to check them out. Thanks, we leave in the morning and I’m super excited :)

Question: do you put the Greek yogurt on before you bake the peaches or after they come out of the oven. The recipe says before, but I just warned to double check.

So glad you caught that! It should say AFTER you bake them. Just changed the recipe :) Thank you for catching that!

looks delicious!!! Mine are in the oven now. I’m cutting the cooking time just a little because I cut mine thin and only used 4 peaches. When I’m finished in gonna top off with whipped cream!!! Great healthier dessert option.
